Dear Prospective Campground Owner:
- If you are SERIOUS about CAMPGROUND OWNERSHIP before next season, you should start LOOKING, NOW!
- September through November 15th is a PRIME period for identifying a campground of your choice and negotiating a deal for a Closing in late Fall, Winter or early Spring.
- There are beneficial reasons to buy during either of these periods. For most folks, November 15th tends to signal the beginning of the Holiday Season; and then, - -there’s Winter!
- A late snowmelt won’t leave much time to review campgrounds For Sale, Negotiate a Deal with the Seller, obtain Bank Financing and have a Closing before the Camping Season begins!
