Attention! Serious Campground Buyers of the 2010 Season.

You need to act NOW! I can’t stress this often enough! Each year, some prospective Buyers wait too long to either start or move forward quickly enough in the purchasing process, and will say to me, sadly, “I’ll guess we’ll have to wait until next year.” - - Several things can happen: Their “special” campground gets SOLD! Their personal and/or financial circumstances change over the next year preventing them from pursuing ownership. In other words, their window of opportunity closed. Perhaps through job loss or having to take care of Mom or Dad or other intervening circumstances. AND, some will NEVER be able to pursue their dream, again!

At best, a year’s postponement of campground purchase, actually costs the Buyer who waits a year, approx. $150,000 of income and campground value. A second year? MORE! (Ask me how, if in doubt.)

I know that the snow is on the ground but don’t let it’s belated accumulation fool you. IT IS TIME to start looking and choosing. Finding one you like is only the beginning. Then comes negotiating and drafting a Purchase Agreement and then the process of obtaining financing (which I will help you with. I do have some “go to” banks who actually finance campgrounds!)

So, ask yourself – do you think that your ability to purchase a campground will improve dramatically if you wait a year? If so, you may wish to wait. If not and you are READY, WILLING and ABLE, perhaps now is the time for you to fulfill that dream before your window closes.
