[UPDATE] Campground Seminar - February 11, South Nashua, NH

Here is the information on the Campground Seminar that I will be conducting. We are scheduling it for Feb. 11th at a hotel in the So. Nashua, NH area.

YES, IT IS TIME!!! .
If you have a serious desire to own a campground THIS season, you NEED to find one, NOW! There are not many On The Market at any one time and, as a Buyer you will rule most of them out because of such criteria as price, location size, facilities, condition or living quarters. Despite anticipated winter weather conditions over the next couple of months, you’ll need to be touring those few that you think you might be interested in. Then there is the process of negotiations, bank financing, appraisal and, finally Closing. (Owners will usually train you for a reasonable period of time.)
Special Announcement: To assist you on your journey towards financial and personal independence through campground ownership, I will be conducting an all-day Seminar. There will be two Sessions.
I – The process of acquiring a campground ands its simplicity. Or the How-Tos to financial indepence.
II – A review of specific, current campground Listings as well as any new ones that may have come in.
I well be conducting this program in the Southern Nashua, NH area from 9-5 on Sat. Feb 11th. It will be limited to 50 participants. At my 2010 Seminar the fee was $99.00 (as I recall) with a spouse or partner only an additional $25.00. We filled the room and had to cut off the number of attendees. This year, where I intend to restrict the training time to a half- day and go into more detail with the listings, I am setting the fee at only $45.00. A partner or spouse can attend for only an additional $15.00.
BUT – HURRY! Attendance is limited to 50. So please send me an e-mail stating that you plan to attend and whether a spouse or partner will be attending with you. ALSO, indicate which date you prefer Sat. Feb. 4th or Sat. Feb. 11. I need to set the exact date, soon. So a quick e-mail back to me saying that you plan to attend and which date you prefer.
