Don Dunton

(Charles) Don Dunton has been a full-time commercial real estate broker since 1976. He spent the first 14 years of his experience, associated with one of the largest and most respected commercial real estate brokerage firms in New Hampshire. His first office was located on scenic Lake Winnipesakee, it was natural for Don to become actively involved in recreational & hospitality properties. Don has brokered the sale of motels, inns, bed & breakfasts, cottage colonies, marinas, country stores, campgrounds and RV parks.

As the demand for campgrounds and RV parks increased, Don spent more of His time working with campground properties. By 1983 he was specializing in campgrounds and RV parks. Don has sold well over 100 campgrounds & RV parks to date.

In 1992 Don Dunton created Dunton Commercial Properties specializing in campgrounds and other recreational properties, licensed as a real estate broker in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and New York.
